Last year we went through one of the four gospels on Wednesday nights, the book of John. However, we also created a gospel reading plan so that we can read all four gospels together throughout the school year. We have resources to help you pray, journal, study, and grow in your relationship with God through His Word. Even though we are not doing this again this year we encourage students who haven't read through the Gospels to use this plan as a resource. Check it out below!
Follow along with the weekly Gospel Reading Plan. There are three passages a week to read, pick any days to read, however the first day's reading goes along with the message at Extreme, so we recommend you read that passage (found in John), before Wednesday night. Pick up a printed color copy at Extreme, or click the pic to download a copy of the reading plan.
Free downloadable worksheets to help you study the bible. Do whatever works for you, but this particular study tool is called Inductive Bible Study. Print out and fill in the prompts as you read to help you process and discover what the passage means. Click the pic to download a printable PDF worksheet.
The Bible Project is a non-profit that puts together animated videos, podcasts, and study tools for books of the Bible and theme's found throughout scripture. They have videos that go over the gospel books as well as themes. Click the pic to watch their short animated video on the book of John
